New Web Site Goes Live
Media Marketing's new web site went live today. The objective of this site was to dramatically simplify the design, while at the same time, improving the functionality and integrating new web technology for dynamic news and information updates.
Dynamic content and User Forum
We also wanted to integrate blog technology in order to simplify the updates integration of news, announcements, webinar schedules and articles of interest to all users on more than Immediate but the PowerPoint, Presentation and Presentation management industries.
Consolidated Product Lines
This site also supports the strategic direction we began implementing over a year ago, which is to leverage our 20+ years of presentation and presentation management experience into a single product line. We wanted this new product line to be web based and be flexible enough to work with any industry.
Client Community Forum
It is also our desire that these blogs link to our web site, would provide our user base of hundreds of clients and thousands of presenters to come together and share information via the comments section associated with each post.
Improved Customer Service
This new site design also provides new tools and features that should deliver an improved experience for all of our clients. These features include a web-to-case support submission tool & a Email-To-Case support submission tool. These tools are now our preferred method of receiving support feedback and questions. Behind these tools is a CRM program that allows us (and you) to track support cases, the time it takes to resolve these cases and the ultimate solution to your cases.
